As a self-employed interpreter dealing with Access 2 Interpreters team, I believe that the approach of the HR, the accountant, and every single dispatcher reflects competence, efficiency and professionalism. That's what makes Access 2 Interpreters a top-notch interpretation and translation services provider and the best place that offers opportunities on developing my skills in that domain.

I had never had to utilize the services of an interpreter before, so I was unsure of the process. Access 2 Interpreters made it very simple, and the staff was helpful and professional from my first inquiry, to scheduling the interpreter, to billing. Everything went seamlessly. The interpreter was prompt, and she provided interpretation services for a deposition, and despite the fast talking lawyers and witness talking over one another, she accurately interpreted for the witness, and had control over the room when we all needed to slow down and shut up! Access to Interpreters made what felt like an impossible obstacle at first (a non English speaking adverse witness), easy. Thank you Access!

I love working for Access 2 Interpreters! I enjoy my job the people I work with and my bosses. The company overall is a great place to work. I have been here two years in May and I don't think I have ever liked a job more than I do here. The company is very rewarding and the owner (Yana) of the company appreciates hard work and acknowledges the hard work that you do.

You prove your loyalty in this company and it pays off to do so. I have never had an opportunity to grow in a company like I do here & I appreciate given the opportunity to do so!

I was interviewed a total of three different times for this position over a two-week period. The first interview took place with the current holder of the position and the HR manager. The first interview was given by a gentleman who did not seem to have ever given an interview before. As a result, he rambled on about the position and doodled on my resume as I was talking.

The second interview was given by a woman named Caroline who was extremely unprofessional. She was extremely aggressive, questioned my job history, and spoke negatively about the job in general, telling me several times that I would be expected to work considerable overtime and would need to skip lunch breaks. I took a quick, simple test and then was told to come back next week to interview with the CEO.

We made an appointment and I left. When I arrived for the second interview, the receptionist greeted me and told me that who I was there to interview with did not show up. The interview was scheduled for 4:30, and I had driven through considerable traffic to get there, so they set me up with another gentleman who talked at length about himself for 45 minutes and did not ask me a single question.

It was a complete and total waste of time and gas. The interview was rescheduled for five days later, also for the late afternoon because I was told that the CEO of the company did not arrive to work until after 3:00 PM most days. Five days later, I arrived to the office to see that the CEO of the company, who I was supposed to be interviewing with, did not show up once again.

Instead I spoke with her over the phone. This was the single most awkward, bizarre, and unprofessional interview I have ever experienced. She talked about herself, her daughter, and told me that document translations "did not matter" because it was only 5% of their total business (the rest being interpretation). She quizzed me on what I thought the job entailed and told me that my resume "did not make sense" to her.

She told me that I lived too far away (only about 20 minutes from the office) and tried to recruit my husband, a native Spanish speaker, for a large portion of our interview. She told me that there was so much work to do that I would need to stay late a majority of the time, but then also said that there was not much document translations work, and I would primarily be in charge of the social media account for the company.

Ultimately I left the interview with more questions than I arrived with, not understanding fully what the company was trying to accomplish, what the hours for the position were, and what the job truly would entail. Ultimately, the experience was so frustrating that I chose to pursue other endeavors rather than work for such a disorganized, mismanaged company.

Access 2 Interpreters has been one of our preferred translation vendors for the last 7 years. During the past years, Access 2 Interpreters has provided us with outstanding customer service. They have provided us time sensitive project turnaround, and have maintained a highly professional quality of translations at the same time. We highly recommend using A2I.

Never in my life have I had a job that pays me well, and gives me an overwhelming sense of fulfillment the way Access2Interpreters does. When you work for A2I, you will surprise yourself. Not only with your own capabilities as a language interpreter, but also with the people you help. This job allows you to be your own boss, make your own schedule and the best part is you get to use your own talents to help people. As long as you are professional, courteous, and serious; this company will set you up to succeed. Thanks to them I am proud to call myself a Spanish interpreter.

My organization hired Access 2 Interpreters after an extensive search in our region. We had been unhappy with the services provided by the agency we had used in the past and were looking for a change. Access 2 Interpreters was not only quick to respond, but also incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They reached out to a retired interpreter and worked with us to establish a relationship. On the morning of our event, the interpreter arrived on time, was personable and very knowledgeable. We will most definitely use them again in the future.

I've been working for this company for about 7 months as an interpreter. I've learned a lot about professional interpretation. It's flexible job, you can set your own working hours and you can take vacations whenever you want. It's very exciting to work as interpreter because each assignment is different and you will learn a lot about hospitals, diseases and medical treatments.

It is a pleasure to work as an interpreter with Access 2 Interperters. The staff and dispatchers are very professional and they work hard to keep high professional standards. Their training is very extensive and up to date. If you are looking to be a professional interpreter then Access 2 interpreters is the right place for you.

I have been working as the Nepali interpreter through Access 2 Interpreters since June 2017. After working as an interpreter, every hour I am adding a new word in my mind. On the other, I am getting a chance to connect with my community. Despite adding, learning, and connecting, I am also working on my own schedule. I am having sufficient time to spend with my family too, so in my perspective, Access 2 Interpreters has created an ordinary job to person like me.

When we talk about the Access 2 interpreters team, they are appreciable, forthright, and, respectful. Access 2 has the best instructor, trainer, guider, and mentor to develop build the skills and the professionalism of interpreters. Finally, if someone is a bilingual and hunting for part time, flexible, or even a full-time job, Interpreting job through Access 2 interpreters may be the best fit for you.
