I found Apex online as I needed translation of 2 official short documents in a timely manner and these documents also needed to be notarized. The all process was very easy, the person I dealt with by email, Emily Phillips, was very responsive and efficient. It was done right on time, both by email for expedite need and a printed version, sent by mail.
In addition, 2 weeks after delivery, Apex contacted me to signal I had overpaid and a refund was available for me, at my convenience. I sent a form of payment for the refund and it was done the same day. I strongly recommend this company for all your translations needs as they not only provided the service as advertised but they also show business honesty by refunding me an overpay that I had not detected and will never have if their accountings had not signaled the error to Emily Philips, Project Manager, who immediately email me. Thank you Apex!
