Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value If I could give -1 stars I would. Unprofessional, always back and forth with contradictory information. The supervisor from the Spanish department is rude and condescemding. Nothing good to say.

This has been the worst job experience I ever had, they expect you to be a robot. There's ZERO support or training, you have to take calls back to back with no break. I don't recommend this company

Critical: Value They don't value their workers. They want to be like a machine with no feelings. They don't pay " Paid Holidays Hours" if you are late for a couple of minutes the day after the holiday. Unbelievable. Very unfair to employees.

So rude, after I spoke with Customer representative for the phone assessment interview, they arbitrarily end the phone call after I answered partial questions with political matter, as I was not involved in any political issues. So strange. they just hang up immediately after I said a thing about political sensitive matter. They never assessed me within my overall capability as an interpreter but treat my answer within some prejudice and ignorant knowledge.

Very disappointed with their recruiting process, I don't think this company will go much further way as they are so undeveloped and even over rated for their current ratings.

Boy! took me this long to write the review which you won't step into the door of this company. it's shameful that I had to suffer the treatment that I had gotten from the supervisor who took everything into account personally and wasn't treating me fairly. Not even talking about anyway making of sense, she made you look bad under everyone's eyes and mind, how disgusted and inexcusable. Her accent needs to be clear.

Bad management! Being an employee at cyraCom you are not allowed to use the bathroom! Health is not important to the managers, they rather let their employees suffer and receive a bladder infection (contract are more important then health)! FYI there is no benefits, we have to spent 5k out of pocket cost before the health insurance kicks in.

Where to begin? Cyracom is the true nightmare of every man and woman on earth, they'll start wrapping you in flowers by "the dream" which is included in the first days of training, you think you'll work but all you do is being a slave for money hungry machine, the management is extremely unprofessional, empty and non-human, you basically spend 8 hours a day screaming your lungs out to a remote doctor, lawyer, insurance company and most likely a quality monitor who will strike as much as he/she wants just because you did not act like a "TRUE ROBOT" by repeating a set of phrases that they gave you in the beginning, if you speak more than one language and more dialects and you have experience and degrees in your drawers, well good luck getting promoted, because the slave company: only promote those who they can control and keep in leash, in short it won't take you long to find the true face of Cyracom.

I highly advise you not to apply and lose your mind and energy to be underpaid, with very short breaks and no bathroom breaks and no hope of promotion. oh one more thing: I worked there and they treated me as S***, they even lied about me when an investigator came to ask them about me, I resigned and told them: the management simply lied and said that I was let out, lol, anyway good luck, this company is trash.

They brainwash you about how great it is to work for them and they teach you more their "Robotic standards" and not how to interpret more accuretly words. You have to login your session at.:59 sharp if it is.:01 they take points out of your quota. If you are not following rules like a robot they just eject you without few days notice. I remember that guy came into the training room and told that he was a contractor working for himself and one day he broke his back and couldn't work any more. Cyracom saved his life and now he can pay bills and eat.

They brag themselves about how "great" they are and about how "great" you can be. What a BS seriously I would never give up working for myself and become after that a corporate slave robot! Another guy debriefing trainees every day about things like "this must be my most beautifull day because I am x days before my "slave robot" graduation day." LOL.

Unless you like being a robot sitting in a grey cage without windows and just repeat in different language what others tell you to repeat, you will freak out very fast. And btw, don't tell anybody that you have another skills or like you ae studying, because free will and ambition that is not in the same line of their activity will make you "enemy of the state". Lol

This is one nightmare firm to work for. Stay out if you wish to use the bathroom without being questioned, and had health insurance with below 5k annual deduction for single. Do NOT recommend.
