Christina Diaz is completely rude and unprofessional. I sat on an EUO where she was interpreting and she asked a rude question that the attorney for the City had NOT asked. When the plaintiff's attorney told her it was not proper she answered back extremely rude and said she doesn't think it's difficult for the plaintiff to do an EUO. Well, I don't think and hope they don't pay Christina Diaz to think. They pay her to interpret. They don't pay for unsolicited opinions from Christina Diaz.

Their owner is a Hitler. If he is in a bad mood he will raise a storm. His employees must love his abusive treatment to be still working there. There are many better translation companies who will treat their employees well. Get out and be happy. The owner is the worst human being you will ever meet. The owner may make money but he will NEVER be happy because he had hurt a lot of people. I wish him the worst.

Unfortunately, I'm another translator who has to report that this company doesn't honor payments to its translators within the time agreed upon. I received multiple payments many months late after due payments requests. I'm still owed payments over 6 months overdue, but haven't heard any response since social distancing started. I hope they're well and I eventually receive my payments.

Agency does not pay their interpreters. Pay was accurate and on time when i first began working for them. After a few months pay was inconsistent. When i informed them i would not provide services until payment was remitted and included late fees, which were outlined in terms of service agreement they signed, they ceased all communication. Shame on them for taking advantage of independent contractors trying to make a living.

As an interpreter I did not get pay until 3 months later! after several email messages reminded them. This happened a couple of times. This is not a good company to work for.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I worked there for just under 3 months. They had me take a background test (which I had to pay for) and then delayed the result as long as possible by telling me "its still processing, we have to wait". They did this little routine until just before the three month mark hit (coincidentally this was just before my benefits would have kicked in, costing the company $$$).

One day they asked me to go into the boss's room, and in about 120 seconds said something went wrong with the background test and they have to let me go (I have never done anything illegal in my life). My stuff was literally packed and they threw me out before I could even ask a question. I couldn't even go back to my desk, they treated me like dirt. NEVER WORK HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

I have invoices from September 2017 outstanding. They add up to $2,250.00+. I just emailed them about the payments. They appeared to be in the habit of not paying their linguists according to reviews on the web.

They did a document translation for me from English into Chinese - no drama, clean copy and good turnaround time. Highly recommended!
