I reached out to TLS because I was short on time. The company (or individual) my firm uses was on vacation and left me without the services we pay them for. I took a chance and I'm glad I did. I have never experienced the level of professionalism, accuracy and time commitment that I got from Mr. Massey and his staff. I called with an emergency and he responded.
