Excel Interpreting and Translating was founded on the belief that bridging the language gap is critical in ensuring equal access to resources and building better-served communities for everyone, regardless of English proficiency. Our mission is to facilitate effective communication between our clients and the limited-English proficient customers they work with by providing culturally-sensitive and linguistically-qualified interpreters and translators.Founder Koy Saephan Jay's professional Iu Mien interpreting career began in 2000, when she was hired by Sacramento County, after she passed California's Court Interpreter exam.
