In 2004, immigrant Danny Goossens came to the United States. He immediately fell in love with his adopted country, seeing this land of opportunity. Yet an appreciative attitude didn't keep Goossens from being frustrated as he sought a translation company to help with his immigration papers. The experience led Goossens to work for one such company as a project manager and regional sales director. As he recognized the value and innovation that U.S. companies bring to their respective markets, he also saw unaddressed disconnect with the country's diverse populations. That's how Translators USA was born. Today, our company is 100% devoted to helping American companies, professionals and government entities accurately and fully convey the scope of their work to the widest array of populations.

They demand $25 on top of amount paid for an electronic copy and $15 for a tracked letter. They failed to send a regular mail letter on several occasions (after falsely promising to send it) and claimed to not have any proof of having sent it. When asked which address they sent my letters to they claim to not have access to that kind of information after getting my full name and the invoice number.
Their business practice I experienced on 3 occasions is called extortion. They do not deliver the services contracted and paid for. Translators USA LLC employees refuse to be courteous over the phone, interrupting and talking over, evade answering questions like: "Did your company send the regular letter to my address?" and keep repeating the mantra of: "We do not have any records of sending or not sending it." or: "It is against our policy to provide electronic copies free of charge even if we made a mistake and delayed by several weeks." This COMPANY must be avoided.
They also refuse to let a customer pick-up the document from their office for some bogus "customer privacy-related" policies. In summary, they hold your documents hostage until you pay them more money than initially agreed about in writing.
